Your Role

As a Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead a small but growing team of
  - stack engineers (React & ).
• Set technical direction and ensure best practices across frontend and backend development.
• Stay
  - on in coding, code reviews, and architecture design.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver scalable features.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning and ownership.
• Balance startup speed with code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to hiring decisions as the team expands.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in (hooks, state management, component architecture).
• Solid experience with and building RESTful or Graph
  QL APIs.
• Cloud deployment experience (preferably AWS or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and agile development.
• Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).

Nice-to-have:

• Exposure to Type
  Script, , or microservices.
• Experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
