Role: Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will ensure effective collaboration and communication with the development team and stakeholders.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with value streams and architects to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Establish a strong engineering culture focused on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead technical discussions, guidance, and troubleshooting within the team.
• Set standards for code quality and best practices.
• Assist in grooming and prioritizing technical debts.
• Communicate the product vision to developers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Maintain and review the Product Backlog for relevance and alignment.
• Ensure Epics and User Stories are
  - formed and strategic.
• Align capacity planning with team capabilities for timely delivery.
• Participate in PI and sprint planning, providing clear guidance.
• Monitor development progress and ensure standards are met.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle.
• Drive change management, including releases, quality assurance, and documentation.
• Gather stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

• University degree or equivalent work experience in B2C IT.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, excellent communication, and task prioritization skills.
• Technical knowledge of Python, Node. js, and development methodologies.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud technologies, CI/CD tools, and workflows.
• Experience building scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Strong focus on quality and coding practices.
• Proactive, innovative, and passionate about creating products.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills for technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Analytical,
  - driven, and collaborative.
