Overview

We are looking for a SAP Success
Factors Tech Lead, to integrate directly the team of our client – a reference company in the industry sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and functional architecture of Success
  Factors modules, overseeing implementation projects across multiple locations;
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate technical and
  - functional teams to maintain solutions, solve bugs, and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams;
  
  
  
  
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, aligning business requirements with technological solutions and integrating HR processes with technology;
  
  
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement, consolidation, and expansion of the solution to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas;
  
  
  
  
• Minimum 04 years of experience in implementing SAP Success
  Factors projects;
  
  
  
  
• Previous experience in managing projects and teams – functional or technical teams;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into technical solutions;
  
  
  
  
• Focus in steering and aligning technology according to the strategic goals of the company;
  
  
  
  
• Fluency in English (B1-B2 minimum).
