What you’ll be doing
- Lead the
-
- end technical design and delivery of key platform components, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability; - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into
- quality solutions; - Champion
- native design and best practices for Azure Paa
S services (e. g. , Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, API Management); - Guide the team in adopting modern Dev
Ops and CI/CD practices using tools like Azure Dev
Ops, Git
Hub Actions, or similar; - Set and uphold coding standards, review pull requests, and ensure high code quality and security compliance;
- Act as a technical mentor, coach, and role model for other engineers on the team;
- Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, frameworks, or patterns that improve our architecture or developer experience;
- Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to the platform’s
- term technical vision.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of
- on software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role; - Deep expertise in building distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and
- driven architectures; - Solid understanding of integration patterns, middleware concepts, and experience with retail systems (ERP, POS, OMS, etc. );
- Proficient in modern backend and frontend languages and frameworks, such as Python, React, and Type
Script; - Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Paa
S offerings (App Services, Azure Functions, Event Grid/Service Bus, API Management); - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deploying
- native applications; - Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure Dev
Ops, Git
Hub Actions, or similar; - Experience with message brokers like Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or similar technologies;
- Prior experience working on an i
Paa
S or B2B integration platform; - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders; - Proficiency in English is mandatory.
