What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead with deep expertise in Go and React to join our team.

As a Tech Lead, you'll architect, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Go and React. You'll tackle challenging technical problems, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor team members. We're looking for someone passionate about clean code, design patterns, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build robust
  - stack applications (Go backend, React frontend).
• Ensure code quality through best practices, design patterns, and comprehensive testing.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver impactful features.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
• Potentially work with Node. js and PHP components.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with deep expertise in Go and React.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and clean code.
• Proven ability to write
  - tested and scalable code.
• Experience with databases, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills.
• Full Professional Proficiency in English

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Node. js, PHP, and
  - source contributions.
