We are looking for a Tech Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud :
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support marketing, sales, and service operations.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business needs.
Development Blueprints.
Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems and
- party applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for
- users.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
Experience in designing/architecting Salesforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
Fluency in English.
