We seek a skilled SDET Tech Lead to join our team. You will design, develop, and manage testing tools, analyze problems, and lead quality assurance improvements. This role requires expertise in automation, tool creation, team management, and
- on coding and infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain testing tools to improve QA efficiency.
• Lead automation framework and script development, focusing on Go (Golang).
• Research, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and stability.
• Provide technical guidance and review merge requests across teams.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.
• Lead QA processes, automation efforts, and tooling improvements.
• Respond to colleagues’ requests, troubleshoot, and ensure quality across services.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience as QA Lead, Automation Engineer, or SDET, managing quality processes and automation initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for automation and service development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze and improve QA strategies, tools, and practices.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and fixing issues in production.
• Knowledge of test frameworks and building testing tools from scratch.
• Strong collaboration skills for
  - functional teamwork.
