We are looking for a Tech Leader: Application Support
MAIN TASKS:
Lead and manage incident resolution for web
- end and associated APIs, ensuring service continuity and SLA compliance.
Oversee production monitoring activities, including TDI/IRO file processing, authorization reviews,

- month operations, and service continuity plans (ICP/PCA).
Analyze and qualify incidents, propose and implement corrective actions, and escalate when necessary.
Coordinate with squad members (Tech Leads, Developers, IT Engineers) to assess feasibility, complexity, and resolution strategies.
Ensure operational readiness by validating technical solutions and maintaining

- date documentation and operational procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, reducing incident recurrence and enhancing system resilience.
Organize and maintain a knowledge base with FAQs, bug fixes, and technical documentation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business lines, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project checkpoints, ensuring alignment with technical and functional expectations.
Support the team in adopting best practices, challenging ideas constructively, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience in application production support and incident management.
Strong knowledge of web technologies: Java JEE, REST/SOAP APIs, Angular, responsive web applications.
Familiarity with event streaming technologies such as Kafka.
Proficiency with tools like Service
Now, Jira, Lanta, CMS, Oracle, and SQL databases.
Fluent in French (mandatory).
Autonomous, rigorous, and highly committed with a proactive and curious mindset.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stress in
- critical situations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and levels.
Customer-focused with a drive for
- quality delivery.
Respectful of procedures, methodologies, and governance standards.
Skilled in conflict resolution, active listening, and adaptive learning.
Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
Strong planning and prioritization capabilities.
Comfortable working in evolving environments and managing change.
