We are looking for a. NET Developer to join impactful development projects in the Portuguese governmental sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a
  - stack development team (. NET and React)
• Define and enforce best practices in architecture and coding standards (Clean Architecture, Clean Code)
• Design and develop scalable
  - based solutions
• Oversee integration between backend and frontend components
• Support testing strategy and continuous integration setup
• Mentor developers and foster technical growth within the team
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to align requirements

Required Technical Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience with. NET Core
• Minimum 4 years of experience with React
  JS
• Strong experience in RESTful Web
  API development
• Proficiency with ORMs (Entity Framework Core or Dapper)
• Experience with Message Brokers (Rabbit
  MQ or Apache Kafka)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server / Postgre
  SQL)
• Experience developing Web SPAs using React
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (x
  Unit, NUnit)
• Proficient in Git and Gitflow workflow
• Mandatory experience with Clean Code / Clean Architecture

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of Ágora Design System
• Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid model: 1 day per month in Lisbon.
