Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Lead the development team to deliver
  - quality
  - store solutions using. NET technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines;
  
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, overseeing the design, development, and deployment processes;
  
  
• Proactively resolve technical challenges, drive continuous improvement, and ensure robust testing and documentation for scalable, reliable systems.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  
  
• Previous experience as an IT Technical Lead and a minimum of 4 years as a. NET Developer and in Type
  Script (Node. Js and/or React);
  
  
• Proven experience with Microservices and containerized applications (Docker Swarm and/or Kubernetes);
  
  
• Experience inspecific technical areas such as Kubernetes, databases, design patterns, and test automation;
  
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
  
  
• Proactivity and dynamism;
  
  
• Good command of English.
