Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the
  - term technical vision and strategy for our engineering organization;
• Serve as the technical authority in code review, critical designs and system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all services;
• Lead
  - impact architectural decisions, shaping the evolution of our microservices, cloud, and AI-driven platforms;
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with company goals;
• Mentor and coach senior and medior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning;
• Champion best practices in software design, CI/CD, Dev
  Ops, observability, and security;
• Take ownership of core component design, technical debt management, balancing innovation with maintainability;
• Play a key role in incident response, system reliability, and risk mitigation strategies;
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends;
• Influence hiring, team structure, and technical culture across the engineering organization;
• Act as a bridge between technical and
  - technical teams, effectively communicating complex topics;
• Advocate for
  - driven
  - making, using metrics to measure performance and drive optimizations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with solid hands experience of. NET, python, node. js projects, and AWS cloud operation experience;
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable,
  - performance, and secure architectures;
• Deep knowledge of modern programming languages, and AI boosted development;
• Extensive experience in microservices architecture,
  - driven systems, and cloud platforms;
• Strong background in Dev
  Ops, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance optimization;
• Ability to influence engineering direction at both strategic and tactical levels;
• Experience leading
  - functional teams and collaborating with executives on
  - critical initiatives;
• Strong
  - solving mindset, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity;
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical challenges into business impact discussions;
• Ahigh level of
  English proficiency (Upper Intermediate orhigher) isrequired due toregular communication with client and the team.
