Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Marketing, or related;

+2 years of experience in recruiting for
- related roles;

Resilience, proactivity, and a
- driven mindset;

Interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and candidate engagement;

Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as Linked
In, Google X-Ray, and Git
Hub;

Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach suitable candidates based on identified needs;

Conduct interviews and prepare a shortlist of candidates for submission to our clients;

Build and maintain pipeline of candidates to meet current and future project demands;

Create and publish job advertisements to attract qualified professionals;

Negotiate rates within
- specific budgets, ensuring transparency and compliance with all relevant regulations;

Provide feedback to candidates regarding the outcomes of recruitment processes;

Assist in building and refining internal processes, including sourcing, training, and other resources.
