We are looking for a Tech Sales Representative who will be the perfect bridge between our product and the technical needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers - both private and professional - via phone and written communication to find the right parts;
- Register new customers and process orders efficiently;
- Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled, providing timely updates on order status;
- Offer clear information on logistics,
- sales procedures, and any related inquiries. - Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure a great experience.
- Internal Training - Be the team's "Subject Matter Expert".
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions (mechanics, electronics, parts identification) to the Sales team, increasing their confidence and knowledge.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical roles within the automotive sector (e. g. , Mechanic, Mechatronic Technician, Parts Technician/Estimator, Automotive After-Sales);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Fluency in French or Spanish (is a plus);
- Strong customer orientation; Planning and organization skills;
- Domain of computer tools.
