Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking incoming user requests via various channels and providing response and resolution within SLA to customers
- Assisting customers with
- sale issues such as missing or delayed packages, incorrect deliveries, or damaged items - Resolving financial concerns like loan processing issues, double charges, and payment failures
You will also be required to communicate effectively with logistics, finance, and technical support teams to resolve cases efficiently.
