Start Dates: 6 and 15 January 2026

Your Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Help users navigate and optimize the platform to its full potential.
• Use SQL to perform data checks, basic queries, and troubleshoot system‑related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support quality and product performance.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Native‑level French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate English (B2 level) for collaboration with global teams.
• SQL knowledge is required.
• Tech‑savvy and passionate about Saa
  S or financial technology.
• Strong analytical thinking and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

• Local candidates: 1, 251. 84 EUR gross/month
• International candidates: 1, 050. 00 EUR gross/month
