We're a young, ambitious,
- growing startup on a mission to build killer IT teams and we need a fellow
- hacker to help us find the best minds in code, cloud, and caffeine.

What you'll do:

• Hunt down top IT talent across Europe (without being creepy, please)
• Craft messages that don't feel like spam (we believe in good vibes, not cold DMs)
• Conduct interviews with empathy, curiosity, and the occasional joke
• Work

  - side with a super chill, super sharp team that actually cares
• Help us grow the coolest startup in town

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in IT recruitment (agency or
  - house, we're not picky)
• Great communication skills and a nose for potential
• Someone who loves startups, chaos (the fun kind), and building things from scratch
• Passion for tech (even if you don't code yet)
