Technical Account Manager
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing and possess a background in partner and business development.

Responsibilities:
- +3 years of previous experience in presales or similar positions.
- In-depth understanding of technologies and products related to IT Services and cloud computing.
- People person, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great passion for presentations and demonstrations.
- Self-motivated and a bias for action; willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong
- solving skills; the ability to analyze problems and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans quickly. - Ability to engage with and influence key customer decision makers.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable with a
- driven sense of urgency. - Advanced understanding of a customer’s business, technology, and process needs.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work
- functionally. - Extremely
- motivated with a diligent work ethic. - Consistently deliver against targets - ensuring company and team goals and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably.
- Experience working in a

- Native Portuguese speaker and high fluency in English is a must for this position.
