Key Responsibilities
- Order Validation and Client Success: Confirm order details after sale, ensuring alignment with production capabilities and quality standards. Collaborate closely with clients to resolve issues, clarify specifications, and coordinate necessary adjustments with both clients and internal teams.
- Materials and Methods Expertise: Use your knowledge of garment production methods and customization techniques to ensure technical feasibility and
- quality outcomes. Assess production requirements for each order, optimizing materials, techniques, and timelines for customer satisfaction and efficiency. - Production Documentation and Quality Assurance: Validate and oversee Technical Packs, including adding measurements to garment templates, verifying artworks, and managing color matching. Maintain organized project files across platforms (e. g. , Google Drive, Asana, Slack), ensuring accurate,

- date documentation ready for factory submission. - Customer Communication and Support: Communicate proactively with customers
- sale, answering questions about order status, production timelines, and possible modifications. Act as the main point of contact during production, providing transparent updates on order progress. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Production, Sales, Finance, and Logistics to deliver a cohesive client experience and ensure team alignment on order status and necessary adjustments. Provide insights to Sales, Production, and Developer teams
- sale to help refine customer journey and order processes. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of the development process, including specifications, prototypes, and quality assessments. Provide comprehensive updates to upper Management on project status, celebrating achievements and addressing

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in commercial garment production, with a solid understanding of order validation, garment specifications, and quality assurance. You know how production cycles operate and can identify potential issues early to maintain smooth production and delivery processes.
- A natural ability to provide an outstanding customer experience, handling inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy. You are proactive in addressing client needs, ensuring they feel informed and supported through each stage of the order process.
- Strong attention to detail across materials, processes, and documentation; you anticipate potential challenges and take proactive steps to address them, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborative,
- oriented mindset; able to work effectively with diverse departments to meet shared goals and enhance the client experience. - Highly organized and reliable in managing deadlines; adept at prioritizing tasks, coordinating multiple orders, and delivering results within defined timelines; adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Flexible and dynamic, you handle
- stress situations with ease and quickly adapt to changing project requirements with a
- focused mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Knowledge
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace). Competence in Adobe Illustrator and Excel is advantageous for handling technical documents.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e. g. , Hub
Spot) for managing client communications and tracking order status. - Experience managing stakeholders (clients, production teams, external partners).
- Background in garment production processes, fabrics, and customization techniques.
