Job Title: Technical Advisor FO WMS

As a Technical Advisor FO WMS, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, analyzing and resolving incidents promptly, and collaborating with various IT teams to ensure optimal system availability.

1. Coordination with IT and Business Teams: Collaborate closely with functional, development, infrastructure, and support teams.
2. Real-time Incident Management: React quickly and efficiently to minimize operational impacts.
3. Analytical Skills and Problem Identification: Conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and propose sustainable solutions.
4. Technical Documentation: Write procedures and documentation for IT Operations WMS support and maintenance.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems): In-depth knowledge of configuration, architecture, and functionality of Generix WMS.
• Understanding of IT Integrations: Knowledge of interactions between WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, EDI, and API.
• Database Management and Analysis: Experience with SQL and Postgre
  SQL, including query execution, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• IT Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Use of tools like PRTG for performance monitoring and incident diagnosis.
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding servers, networks, VPNs, cloud, virtualization, and their impact on application performance.
• Support and Incident Management (ITIL): Experience in diagnosis, escalation, and
  - up of technical issues.

Language Skills:

• Professional French and English for communication with internal teams, clients, and international partners.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in relevant roles.
• Experience in Critical Incident Management and Technical Coordination across multiple teams.
