We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic, multicultural team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Project Responsibilities:

• Gather technical requirements for system enhancements
• Participate in the change request process for both technical and functional updates
• Support technical testing efforts to ensure smooth production deliveries
• Assist in launching and following up on assigned initiatives
• Help ensure project deadlines and schedules are met
• Identify gaps or weaknesses in products and suggest improvements when necessary
• Communicate and apply project standards
• Prioritize tasks across multiple projects and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and provide regular status updates

Application Support:

• Perform level 3 support and issue analysis
• Propose alternative solutions and workarounds to minimize business impact
• Follow up with vendors or service providers when necessary
• Ensure smooth operation of technical processes (online, STP, flows, batches)
• Document known issues for
  - line support

Technical Skills:

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Analytical and creative thinking to analyze problems and define clear, documented solutions (diagrams, documentation, etc. )
• Able to manage services on Linux or Windows servers (start, stop, deploy, debug)
• Capable of writing scripts in Shell, Perl, Python, or Ruby
• Academic or professional knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, GIT/Bitbucket is a plus
• Understanding of application servers (Web
  Sphere, Tomcat, JBoss) is a plus
• Experience in planning and implementing IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with job schedulers (e. g. , CA Workload Automation, Control-M)
• Technical knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP/S is required
• Understanding of system architectures (SSO, firewalls, load balancers, storage systems, network basics) is required

Language Skills:

• English: Mastery (written and spoken)
• Italian: Fluency is a strong advantage

Soft Skills:

• Strong team player with high performance, flexibility, and adaptability
• Able to thrive in a
