What you will do:

As a Calypso TA, you will work within agile and
- agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate effectively across organizational levels. You will participate in multiple projects, focusing on delivering value to clients in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative manner. Your responsibilities include:

1. Serving as the IT Technical Lead for the project
2. Designing major technical solutions with high complexity
3. Collaborating with internal teams using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting technical coordination
4. Monitoring the evolution of technical team developments, ensuring quality and process efficiency
5. Leading collaboration with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Over 6 years of Calypso experience
• Expertise in Calypso’s main global functionalities, modules, and architecture
• Technical leadership experience with technologies such as Oracle, Spring Boot, Web Services, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, MQ, JMS, Kafka

SOFT SKILLS:

• Proactivity
• Good communication
• Teamwork
• Adaptability
• Critical thinking

Languages: English – Advanced; Spanish – Nice to have
