Job Description:

As a Technical Architect within the IT-Ops (Information Technology Operations) teams, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of architectures, infrastructures, and technical middlewares supporting our applications and services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interface with the Architecture R&D teams during build phases, collaborating with R&D architects to ensure technical decisions align with IT operational standards and constraints.
• Communicate technical requirements from operations to development teams.

Elaboration of technical architecture documents:

• Create and maintain
  - level and
  - level design documents (HLD/LLD), including retrospective documentation.
• Define standards and best practices for technical architecture in collaboration with relevant teams.

Interface with Infrastructure and Operations teams:

• Coordinate with IT-Ops teams for implementation of solutions, middlewares, and applications.
• Provide level 3 support for complex runtime incidents requiring
  - depth expertise.

Qualifications

• Technical training or degree in Computer Science, Networks, Systems, or similar.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts and methodologies (TOGAF, ITIL, etc. ).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructures (servers, networks, virtualization, storage, security, cloud, Kubernetes, Open
  Shift, etc. ).
• Knowledge of technologies like Open
  Shift, HAProxy, and distributed services.
• Proven experience in technical architecture within complex environments.
• Experience with
  - premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Ability to write detailed and clear technical documentation.
• Knowledge of IT processes and production environments.
• Good communication skills, rigor, and analytical mindset.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
