? What we’re looking for:

• Strong development skills with the ability to lead technically ? ‍? ? ‍?

• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (Java is a plus!) ☕

• Solid understanding of development best practices and the software lifecycle ?

• Excellent communication skills ?

• Minimum English level: B2/C1 ? ?

? Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile environments and with Scrum methodologies ?

• Great team spirit, independence, positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn ? ?
