About the job:

We are looking for a Technical Architect / Team Lead with development and leadership skills for an opportunity to be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech company.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect or similar role
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead
• Strong development skills with the ability to lead technically and support team delivery
• Experience in OO Programming such as Java
• Solid understanding of development practices and software lifecycle
• At least one higher education degree
• Great team spirit, independence, a pleasant attitude, openness, and curiosity to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum Level of English B2
• Candidates must be living in Portugal
