Requirements

• Strong development skills with the ability to lead technically and support team delivery.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming such as Java.
• Solid understanding of development, best practices, and the software lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum English level:
  
  B2/C1.

Ideally, you will also have:

- Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies.

- Great team spirit, independence, a pleasant attitude, openness, and curiosity to learn.

Location and Working Model

Location:

Lisbon

Initial Working Model:

4 days per week in the office for the first 3 months. Afterward, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
