We are currently looking for Technical Architect / Team Lead

Requirements:

1. We are looking for a Technical Architect with development and leadership skills for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech company.
2. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3. Strong development skills with ability to lead technically and support team delivery
4. Experience in OO Programming such as Java.
5. Solid understanding of development, best practices, and software life cycle.
6. Strong communication skills
7. Minimum Level of English: B2/C1

Ideally, you’ll also have:

1. Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies
2. Great team spirit, independence, pleasant attitude, openness, and curiosity to learn

Location:

Lisbon

Working Model:

4 days per week in the office in Lisbon in the first 3 months. After that, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
