This is a

- site role for a Technical Assistant for CNC machines, located in Porto. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support for CNC machines, and ensuring they operate efficiently. Key tasks include performing diagnostics, assisting with machine setup, maintenance, and resolving technical issues. The role requires collaboration with team members to deliver excellent service.

• Experience in Technical Assistance and providing Technical Support for machinery
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or
  - related issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with teams and clients
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience with CNC machines or manufacturing equipment is an advantage
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is desirable
