Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join an innovative project in the maritime telecommunications sector. This role is pivotal in delivering
- generation connectivity solutions to clients, ensuring technical strategies align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and functional requirements gathering for maritime connectivity services including VSAT, LTE, SD-WAN, and onboard IT systems.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories, collaborating with project managers, solution architects, and network engineers.
• Support the entire lifecycle of digital solutions from concept to client onboarding.
• Document workflows, use cases, integrations, interface requirements, and data flows.
• Participate actively in stakeholder workshops, sprint planning, and design sessions.
• Collaborate on defining KPIs and setting up analytics tools such as Google Analytics and MS Clarity.
• Coordinate testing (UAT, SIT), support integrations, and troubleshoot during launch phases.
• Manage integrations with digital tools and
  - party solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or telecom environments.
• Proficiency in satellite communications, mobile networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD-WAN, and maritime operations.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure Dev
  Ops, Confluence, Visio, and UML.
• Strong data analysis skills, process modeling, and excellent technical documentation abilities.
• Fluency in technical English (mandatory).
• Experience in Agile (including SAFe) or hybrid environments.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of maritime regulatory standards (IMO, SOLAS, cybersecurity).
• Experience with Io
  T platforms, fleet management systems, or onboard solutions.
• Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or ITIL.
