What you will do:

• Work with the team to prioritize and manage incidents effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform
  - cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, support members, and business stakeholders to ensure incidents are resolved efficiently.
• Help document and maintain clear incident management workflows using Confluence.
• Work in an Agile environment, helping to implement feedback loops and ensure the team is continuously improving.
• Help bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, ensuring that the resolution process addresses both
  - term and
  - term goals.

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in incident management and Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers and business stakeholders.
• An understanding of SQL language (basic knowledge is fine).
• Ability to analyze incident patterns and recommend process improvements to avoid recurring issues.
• Strong
  - solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks in a
  - paced environment.
• Ability to work with JIRA and Service
  Now for incident tracking and reporting.
