Summary
At Amadeus Airline & Airport IT, we’re pioneering biometric identity and facial recognition to deliver seamless, secure, and contactless travel experiences across 100+ countries. We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support software delivery through task execution, automation testing, and documentation. This early‑career role is ideal for professionals eager to learn and grow. With guidance from senior team members, you’ll contribute to requirements gathering and analysis, support system integration, and build hands‑on experience with automation tools in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing functional, non‑functional, and integration requirements under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Complete assigned tasks related to software implementation, automation testing, and documentation, developing a practical understanding of products and solutions.
- Work under the guidance of experienced colleagues, asking questions and seeking feedback to support learning and growth.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops to understand project goals and contribute to discussions.
- Follow established processes and best practices for automation testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Maintain compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), information security, and data privacy standards, completing all required training.
- Execute assigned tasks related to software configuration, automation testing, and documentation.
- Participate in designing and running automated tests, documenting test results and observations.
- Assist in preparing and updating project documentation such as test cases, user guides, and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with team members to understand product features, integration steps, and automation opportunities.
- Support the transition of solutions to support and maintenance teams by providing clear and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, testing, or related technical tasks.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Commitment to compliance with EHS, information security, and data privacy standards.
