We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a major player in the Energy & Utilities sector.

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Define technical solutions in collaboration with architecture, cybersecurity, and integration teams.
• Contribute to the design of functional diagrams to support business decisions.
• Supervise development and deployment in quality environments; coordinate integrated testing.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders before
  - live.
• Request technical effort and cost estimations.
• Act as the escalation point for operational incidents related to the digital platforms.
• Prioritize incidents based on criticality and user impact.
• Track incident resolution status across all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in digital solution delivery: specification, implementation, and monitoring.
• Strong experience in incident management.
• 2+ years with Flutter and MERN stack (mandatory).
• Familiarity with SQL and Java (nice to have).
• Sound understanding of digital ecosystems (Middleware, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc. ).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
