Technical Consultant for card authorization and authentication flows Lisboa

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with experience in issuer processor migration who can advise on card authorization and authentication flows. This role involves participation in a
- study before the actual project commences, after which you will oversee the project. The position requires expertise in card authorization, authentication flows, clearing, and settlement flows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current processing operations,
  - party services, and dependencies.
• Document existing processes, workflows, and technology usage.
• Develop a strategic vision for the future state of visa processing operations, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Define new workflows, processes, and systems in collaboration with the client team.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including management, staff, and external partners, to gather input and ensure alignment with the new processor.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and proposed changes.
• Create migration and implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and change management strategies.
• Develop and implement change management initiatives to support staff and stakeholders during the transition.
• Establish metrics to monitor the performance of the new operating model and identify areas for further improvement.
• Continuously assess and refine processes to maintain alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in card authorization, clearing, and settlement flows.
• Experience with issuer processor migration.
• Technical background or currently working as an IT architect.
• Knowledge of change management practices.
• Strong expertise in process analysis and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to develop comprehensive implementation plans.
• Proficient in establishing performance metrics.
