Real Estate Technical Consultant – CBRE Portugal

CBRE Portugal is seeking a Real Estate Technical Consultant to support Property Managers with the daily management of CBRE’s real‑estate portfolio, focusing mainly on Industrial & Logistics buildings. The role is based in the CBRE Porto office and may require travel throughout Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations (hard and soft facilities) of a set of assets.
• Support the Portfolio Manager on all repairs, investment plans, and tender processes for regular and occasional services.
• Hire and manage third‑party services related to Facilities Management (Maintenance, Human Security, Electronic Security, Cleaning, Gardening & Landscaping, Pest Control, etc. ).
• Oversee construction works, technical upgrades or repairs – from tender to works monitoring, reception, and guarantees supervision.
• Perform, follow and report internal and external technical inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
• Monitor and manage utilities such as Energy and Water.

Requirements

• Engineering background with 2–5 years of experience in property, maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge or experience in Health & Safety at work procedures (a plus).
• Strong IT skills (CAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power
  Point).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Personal qualities: drive, commitment, self‑initiation, client‑service perspective, lateral thinking, and ability to work in a team.
