- on CTO / Technical Lead to own the technology vision and turn it into a scalable, secure, and
- leading product.

The Role

As the CTO / Technical Lead, you will be the driving force behind the architecture, development, and technical direction of our platform. You'll work closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap, build and lead the engineering team, and ensure we deliver a secure, intuitive, and innovative product for startup founders and investors.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the overall technical strategy and product architecture.
• Build, lead, and mentor a
  - performing engineering team.
• Deliver a robust, scalable, and compliant fundraising platform with strong security at its core.
• Collaborate with founders on product development, timelines, and technology choices.
• Oversee integrations with payment systems, KYC/AML services, and investor identity verification.
• Establish engineering best practices, development workflows, and Dev
  Ops pipelines.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance as we grow.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in Fin
  Tech, compliance, and security.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership positions.
• Strong background in
  - stack development and
  - native architectures.
• Deep understanding of Fin
  Tech platforms
• Experience designing scalable Saa
  S or marketplace platforms.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire engineering teams.
• Comfortable operating in an
  - stage startup: ownership mentality, bias for execution, willingness to iterate quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in investment, fundraising, or
  - markets technology.
• Previous CTO or technical
  - founder experience.
