Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent for Bose will be:

1. Providing support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
2. Assisting users with
   - sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, or social media channels.
3. Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on private channels (phone, email, chat) and public channels (social media, forums,
   - commerce reviews).
4. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
