We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our product and development teams to identify and resolve technical issues. You will also provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our platform effectively. To excel in this position, you will need excellent
- solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of website builders and content management systems, as well as experience working in a
- paced
- facing environment. A high level of French (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2) are also required.
