Technical Customer Support in Danish - voice/email/chat (M/F/X) Lisboa

Responsabilidades chave

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
• Provide
  - sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
• Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
• Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Review and provide feedback on help content.

Competências

• Proficient in Danish and English, both oral and written.
• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus).
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Principais benefícios

What we have to offer you?

• Working contract: 6 months (renewable).
• Base salary of 1500€/month.
• Performance bonus up to 120€/month.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday – 08:00AM to 05:00 PM.
• 2 days off: Saturday & Sunday.
• Location: Lisbon.
