David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Danish speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join their team in Lisbon.

Position: Technical Customer Support Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On site

Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with clients through various channels including phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with general inquiries, product information, and basic technical support.
• Ensure messaging aligns with organizational tone and communication standards across all interactions.
• Refer complex issues to appropriate internal teams or
  - level support.
• Work collaboratively with technical staff to address and resolve service requests.
• Organize and manage assigned support cases while adhering to team guidelines and priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Danish (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to follow standard procedures.
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance.
• Ability to quickly learn new softwares and technologies
• Effective
  - solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a
  - oriented environment.
• Organized,
  - oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a
  - paced or evolving support environment.
