Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support specialist fluent in German to join our team in Lisbon. The role involves providing exceptional support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and messaging apps. You will respond to common questions, offer technical assistance, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
