Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Data Lead (Azure) to join our team in a leading global energy and sustainability company!

What will you do:

• Design and implement robust, scalable data architectures.
• Ensure data models align with business goals (e. g. , analytics, AI, reporting).
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools (e. g. , databases, data lakes, ETL pipelines);
• Define and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment;
• Oversee data quality, validation, and error handling strategies;
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, analysts, and data scientists;
• Coordinate team activities, sprint planning, and task assignments

We are looking for:

• Experience with Azure cloud (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data
  Bricks, Synapse Analytics, etc);
• Knowledge of Data engineering area;
• Familiarity with Software Development, Dev
  Ops and Cloud best practices;
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
