Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Document clear technical and functional requirements using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Miro.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks, providing realistic effort and cost estimations (Planning Poker, T-shirt sizing, etc. ).
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor data projects KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, leveraging dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana).
• Understand and contribute to modern data pipelines and architecture.
• Actively support data analysis, ETL automation, and predictive modeling with Python.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for relational and cloud databases (Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, Big
  Query, Snowflake).

Essential Skills

• Technical Business Analysis
  • Strong experience gathering and analyzing requirements.
  • Skilled in project monitoring and reporting on
    - related KPIs.
  • Ability to document processes and requirements clearly.
• Python (Senior Level)
  • Data manipulation with pandas, numpy.
  • Automation and ETL scripting.
  • Predictive model analysis (scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• SQL (Senior Level)
  • Advanced queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries).
  • Query optimization and performance analysis.
  • Experience with relational and
    - based databases.
• Tools & Methodologies
  • Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro.
  • Power BI, Tableau, Grafana.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices.
