Technical Delivery Manager Funchal

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with extensive experience in designing and implementing Roaming & Network security solutions. The TDM will lead the technical delivery of large, strategic, and complex data integration projects for our customers, working closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Mobileum product expertise that allows optimum deployments.
• Learn and apply standard deployment methodologies and practices.
• Perform deployments as per the published methodology.
• Build and review HLD/LLD/implementation guides using established templates.
• Manage risks by conducting assessments, analyzing impacts, and implementing mitigation plans.
• Report all issues to the QE/Product team.
• Send weekly status updates to Delivery Head and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate blocking or long‑pending issues to the Project Manager or Delivery Head.
• Adhere to planned activities and deliver the project within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Guide deployment engineers on product implementation, analyze issues, and assist in resolution.
• Participate in system audits, UAT, and launch readiness activities.
• Review KPIs post‑product launch, monitor performance, and apply corrections.
• Collaborate with the team to transition completed projects to Operations.
• Be ready to travel on short notice for kickoff, deployment, or integration of Mobileum Products; travel as project needs dictate.
• Provide product and technical feedback to the Product team for enhancements.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Expertise with Baremetal Servers, Virtual, or Kubernetes‑based deployments.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and shell scripting; Perl/Python scripting preferred.
• Basic understanding of databases (Oracle, In‑Memory DBs like Couchbase); strong SQL knowledge; PL/SQL preferred.
• Domain knowledge in GSM/CAMEL/Diameter/4G/5G protocol levels.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Experience with JIRA and MS Office.
• Additional languages (Spanish/French) are an advantage.
