Technical / Developer Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Response and Resolution: Own, investigate, and resolve complex customer technical issues. Act as an advisor, collaborate across teams, and leverage troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Readiness: Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles. Share knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring.
- Technical Proficiency: Deepen technical and professional skills to resolve complex customer issues through ongoing training and readiness.
- Product/Process Improvement: Collaborate with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate product defects and develop automation and diagnostic tools to enhance Microsoft products.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience
- OR 5+ years of relevant experience
- OR equivalent experience
Cyber
Defender Mindset: A proactive, collaborative,
- centric approach to anticipate, prevent, and mitigate cybersecurity threats, moving beyond reactive issue resolution.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, Java
Script, Java, or similar. - Experience with REST APIs and the Microsoft Graph.
- Network debugging skills using tools like Wire
Shark.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications like CISSP, Comp
TIA Security+, ISC2 CC, etc. - Customer Service training or experience.
- Effective communication skills with technical and business audiences.
- Experience supporting
- level customers. - Knowledge of Purview Compliance, Exchange, Office 365, and
- platform environments. - Experience with Service Fabric or Cloud Services.
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish; confident in English.
