Effisus is recruiting a Senior Technical Engineer to strengthen its Engineering team. This position is critical to ensuring technical excellence across international projects in Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and interpret construction projects for technical compliance
• Design and propose technical solutions tailored to each project
• Lead testing and certification processes of products
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms internationally
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (manuals, datasheets)
• Participate in projects focused on façade engineering, building physics, and thermal performance

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical workflows and project milestones
• Ensure alignment with international construction standards (e. g. , Eurocodes)
• Manage multiple ongoing technical projects independently
• Support continuous product improvement and innovation processes

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
• 5–8 years of experience in technical engineering within construction or façade systems
• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes or equivalent standards
• Proficient in Auto
  CAD (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (C1/C2)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and manage technical processes

Nice-to-Haves

• Master’s degree
• Experience with PHC and/or Zoho Books
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or French
• Previous involvement in product certification or building envelope projects
