- FRESH is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions that brings together a community of 1, 600 experts from Finance, RISK and IT backgrounds, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time‑to‑market.
- It is a new worldwide organisational model that tackles major challenges of the Group’s transformation today and tomorrow, building the best offer for the Finance and RISK community through a progressive rotation towards new technologies and best practices.
- FRESH is the outcome of several convergences between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organisation (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB‑ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG‑FIT).
- The team acts in close proximity with end users, providing services and means to fulfil short‑term requirements, prototype, test and learn around innovation, improve alignment between processes and their related systems, monitor production daily and support users especially during closing periods.
- We implement solutions in an agile way of working to address short‑term requirements that cannot be covered in due time by existing industrialised systems, and coordinate activities to address needs covered by generic/transversal solutions.
Your Main Activities Are
- Change & Run:
- Ensure that technical and functional set‑ups are aligned with architecture patterns & recommendations.
- Ensure that every IT set‑up abides by Security obligations and frameworks.
- Install/configure/parameter components/modules of Portfolio’s applications.
- Install new patches and/or deploy upgrades when provided by the vendor.
- Design, build, monitor, update and decommission data feeds as inputs/outputs of Portfolio’s applications (CFT, API Exchanges, Data Flow monitoring).
- Build/administer Database Schemas for Portfolio’s applications, and perform on‑demand/scheduled queries on Oracle‑based DBs.
- Plan, prepare and document Delivery milestones (IT Road Map, Rollback Instructions, delivery roadmap).
- Support: be in charge of the L3 support level, responsible for actions such as:
- Analyse & diagnose L3 incidents.
- Provide OPS with proper solving instructions (if applicable).
- Open and follow up an issue at Vendor level (Axway).
- Perform unitary testing before UATs or Break‑fix delivery.
- Monitoring:
- Detect service interruptions (Up/Down status of servers/DBs).
- Watch data exchanges & detect any data feed disruptions.
- Attend committees (Kick‑off, go‑live, SFO, etc. ).
- Establish communication with stakeholders (OPS, BP2I, vendor, software editor).
- Create/maintain relevant documentation across Portfolio’s lifecycle, e. g. , Technical specifications, Installation procedures.
- Applications Portfolio holds today 3 applications (provided by Axway):
- Composer – Axway Composer is the central configuration and design tool of the Axway 5 Suite.
- Sentinel – Axway Sentinel is an application that enables end‑to‑end monitoring of data flow.
- PAE – Pa
E maps, documents, centralises, automates and secures accounting systems and interfaces.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Tech skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Relevant professional experience in IT (6‑10 years).
- Experience as a TMA/tech lead.
- Knowledge of Business/IT relationship.
- Database conception & implementation.
- Programming (JAVA, Shell, SQL/PLSQL).
- Experience with Axway tools is a substantial plus.
- Soft skills:
- Capacity to collaborate in a project.
- Organisation and planning capability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
