We are looking for a Technical Hub
Spot Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical implementation, integration, and optimization of the Hub
Spot Enterprise Suite for our clients. Your focus will be on strategic consulting, technical execution of system integrations, and the automation of marketing, sales, and service processes.
As a Technical Hub
Spot Consultant (m/f/d), you will work in our modern office in Lisbon and also have the opportunity to work remotely several days a week.
Responsibilities
- Independently managing Hub
Spot implementation and integration projects - Analyzing business requirements and providing strategic consulting to clients
- Technically implementing and integrating Hub
Spot with external systems (e. g. , ERP, CMS, BI tools,
- commerce platforms) - Developing automation strategies for marketing, sales, and service processes
- Creating and optimizing workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation logic
- Technically executing email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and dashboards
- Supporting API connections and data migration between systems
- Conducting workshops and training sessions on Hub
Spot and marketing automation - Monitoring and optimizing CRM and automation processes to improve performance
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM systems, IT consulting, marketing automation, or software implementation
- A degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Extensive experience with Hub
Spot Enterprise (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub) - Knowledge of API connections and
- system integrations (e. g. , with Zapier, Make, middleware solutions, or custom interfaces) - Experience in data management, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards
- Experience with other CRM and marketing automation tools (e. g. , Salesforce, Pipedrive, Marketo, Pardot) is an advantage
- Analytical and strategic thinking combined with strong technical affinity
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Team spirit and motivation to grow with us
