Significant expertise in Post-Trade / Banking environments, with exposure to both mainframe COBOL systems and modern Java platforms.

Hands-on knowledge of Kafka, APIs, web applications and middleware integration.

Act as an application architect and software engineering lead with strong understanding of core banking mainframe systems (COBOL) and modern environments combining vendor solutions (e. g. S&P Corporate actions) and custom componentes (Java, APIs, Kafka, Webapps).

Support development and integration teams in troubleshooting, problem resolution and performance optimization.

Contribute to the integration of vendor solutions with existing systems, ensuring stability, scalability and interoperability.

Act as a bridge between infrastructure engineers and application developers, solving issues across layers (mainframe, middleware, webapps).

Provide guidance on architecture and best practices for application integration.

Ensure compliance with quality, performance and security standards.
