About the role

You will operate Witbe’s
- edge test automation platform for Tier 1 operators and broadcasters in Portugal, ensuring tests run at scale and generate actionable insights on video service quality.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work directly with customer teams to run and optimize their Witbe test automation platforms, making sure the system delivers meaningful, reliable insights.
  • Configure and
    - tune test scenarios using Agentic AI, Python scripting, and Workbench.
  • Review and interpret past test executions to highlight insights and recommend improvements to video services.


Profile

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar
  • Rigorous, autonomous, “quality-oriented”
  • Curiosity and taste for technology. You will learn a lot on how video services are delivered and how Agentic AI is transforming the world of Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations.


Your skills

  • Technical environment: This is a technical role within the Tech team, involving direct interaction with customer technical teams. While prior QA or video expertise is not required, you will develop this knowledge on the job while working with
    - edge AI and video technologies.
  • Knowledge of Data analytics and reporting can be very useful
  • A scripting or coding language (Python) and HTML knowledge is important. While most of the work is
    - code and
    - based, it’s crucial to understand the logic and goals of automation.
  • Knowledge of network communication protocols (such as TCP/IP, IPsec, routing protocols) is a plus
  • Eager to learn more and make a difference with your actions. You will be part of a small team working directly with Tier 1 customers. Your actions will directly impact the course of the project you work on.
