About The Job

Data engineering is a new role at Cobble
Web. Your role as a senior data engineer will involve creating a reliable, consistent recruitment process for data engineering roles, advising on technical assessments, and conducting technical interviews.

Responsibilities

• Define what excellence looks like for a senior data engineer at Cobble
  Web based on our business goals.
• Create a screening call guide for
  - technical interviewers to assess project relevance and technical depth.
• Develop a comprehensive technical evaluation process, including exercises, scorecards, and interview formats.
• Conduct or
  - conduct initial interviews to train our team until they can operate independently.
• Advise on hiring process improvements and documentation.

Who You Are

• A senior data engineer experienced in Python, SQL, AWS, ETL, and familiar with our tech stack.
• Experienced in conducting technical interviews, assessing tasks, and building hiring processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
