What are we looking for?

Job Description:

• Lead technical aspects of projects involving Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with global teams to design and deliver complex IT solutions
• Ensure the documentation and management of technical debt (Backlog)
• Manage and produce technical documentation for all applications
• Process and oversee infrastructure change requests
• Contribute to strategic project planning and execution
• Foster an Agile, collaborative, and
  - performance working environment

Requirements:

• Up to 15 years of experience in the technologies as per service description
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in collaborative environments with global teams
• Critical thinking and
  - solving mindset
• Commitment to delivery quality
• Experience in strategic IT projects
• Knowledge of Energy & Utilities and GDPR markets
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
• Strong understanding of application technologies
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies
• Proven experience in designing complex solutions

Language skills:

• English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Portuguese and Spanish – valued
